Baharat Spice Blend

Mix:

• 3T Cinnamon

• 1T plus 1t Allspice

• 1T Cumin

• 2t Coriander

• 3/4t Black Pepper

• 1/4t Nutmeg

• 1/4t Cardamom

  Store in an airtight jar. Use as an all purpose seasoning for meat, lentils, stews, rice, veggies.
