Broccoli Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing

Broccoli Salad

  • 4 broccoli crowns, cut into small florets

  • 1.5 cups broccoli slaw (optional)

  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 red onion, diced finely

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 8-10 strips of bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

  • 2-3 cups Homemade Ranch Dressing

Mix all ingredients. Enjoy! (Will stay good in the fridge for a week)

Homemade Ranch Dressing (Makes 3 Cups)

  • 1 cup Mayo

  • 2 cups full fat Buttermilk or whole milk Kefir

  • 1 T dried dill (or 2 T fresh chopped dill)

  • 1 T garlic powder

  • 1.5 t kosher salt (diamond crystal kosher)

  • 1.5 t fresh ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together
