Three Ingredient Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

16 oz cream (plus more for brushing the tops)

16 oz white lily self rising flour

2 t diamond crystal kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425

Combine salt and flour in a large bowl. Stream in cream while mixing gently with a fork or wooden spoon until just combined into a sticky dough.

Use a 1oz cookie dough scoop to drop biscuits onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Brush the tops with reserved cream.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, until tops are golden brown. Enjoy!
